I have a B.S. in Elementary Education from Athens State University and a Masters of Education from the University of North Alabama.

I am married to Mike Johnson and have two sons named Harrison and Ellis.

We have two Labrador retrievers named Rebel and Dixie.

I have been teaching kindergarten for eight years.

My favorite color is blue.

My favorite food is chicken.

In my spare time I like to scrapbook and spend time with my family.

My favorite book is The Notebook.

My favorite restaurant is Olive Garden.

My birthday is October 29.

I am a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
